Bobbi McPoffel is the founder of Scale Smart by Double I, launched in 2014. With a Master’s degree in Organizational Performance and Change, Bobbi blends thoughtful strategy with practical systems—helping businesses scale in ways that are sustainable, aligned, and truly smart.
Raised as the fourth of six children in a military family, she developed the adaptability, resilience, and natural people skills that now define her leadership style. She is known for simplifying complexity, strengthening communication, and building processes that genuinely support long-term growth.
Bobbi is happily married to her best friend. She and her husband are proudly childfree and devoted to their adorable dog (who she talks about often). Known as “Mimi” to more than 20 nieces and nephews, she cherishes her role as an engaged and enthusiastic aunt. In her free time, you’ll likely find her at the theatre, reading a good book, or spending time with her big, lively family.
